Warranty Information

Last updated: November 7, 2026

MME Powerhouse is an independent retailer. Products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, under the terms and time limits set by each brand. Warranty terms vary by brand and product and are available from the manufacturer's website or with the product paperwork.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Contact us at mme.usasales@gmail.com or (305) 713-8087 with your order number, the part number and a description of the problem.
  2. Include clear photos or video of the issue and, if the part was installed, proof of professional installation if the manufacturer requires it.
  3. We will help you open the claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer decides whether a part is covered and whether it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
  4. Do not send any part back without a Return Authorization number.

What warranties usually do not cover

  • Improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, accidents or neglect
  • Racing, competition or off-road use where excluded by the manufacturer
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from use, or corrosion from road salt
  • Labor, installation or removal costs, towing, rental vehicles, shipping or loss of use

Vehicle warranty

Aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle manufacturer's warranty for related components. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a vehicle manufacturer generally cannot void your whole warranty only because you used aftermarket parts, but it may deny a claim for damage caused by an aftermarket part or its installation. Check with your dealer before modifying your vehicle.

Except where required by law, MME Powerhouse does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. See our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
