Shipping Policy

MME Powerhouse currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Free shipping: free standard shipping on orders of $199 or more (subtotal after discounts), for packages up to 30 lb. Heavier, oversize and freight (LTL) items are charged at the rates below.

Processing time

Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Many of our parts ship directly from the manufacturer or from distribution warehouses across the U.S., so items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Special-order items may take longer; we will contact you if there is a delay.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order:

• Up to 2 lb: $11.49
• 2-10 lb: $17.24
• 10-30 lb: $28.74
• 30-70 lb: $57.49
• 70-150 lb (oversize): $125.35
• Over 150 lb (freight / LTL): $286.35

Freight (LTL) deliveries are curbside and may require someone to be present to sign. Residential, liftgate or remote-area surcharges may apply for very large items; we will contact you before shipping if any extra charge applies.

Delivery time

Standard ground delivery usually takes 2-7 business days after shipment. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages
